Built by a builder who kept getting Friday wrong

Ben Robinson runs SA Construct in Pretoria. He built Crewinx because he was the one getting the wages wrong — a man works six days, gets paid for five, and spends his Saturday on the phone sorting it out.

So he built the thing he needed: roll call from the phone, rates that don't get lost, wages worked out before Friday. Nothing an office manager needed — what a site manager needed, on site.

He runs his own company on it every week: 15 sites, 58 workers. It gets used the way you'd use it, because it already is.
