R2,500

to get on the system — then R99 a month

Flat fee. Never per user — ten workers or a hundred, same price.

The R2,500 gets you going. Ben sits with you on a call and loads your sites, your crew, your rates and your subs, then you run your first Friday payroll together so you see the number come out right. After that you run it yourself — add and remove workers as they come and go. That's what the app is for.

FAQ

Common questions

Is it really a flat fee — not per-user? +
Always. R2,500 to get on the system, then R99 a month — regardless of how many workers or supervisors you have. Ten workers or a hundred, same price. Never per-user.
Is the R2,500 refundable? +
No. It's what it costs to get on the system, and the setup call is included. If you're not sure, get on a call with Ben first — he'll show you on your own numbers before you pay anything.
What is AI Roll Call Scan and how does it work? +
AI Roll Call Scan lets you import a full week's attendance from a paper sign sheet — just take a photo. Print a sign sheet from Crewinx (worker names pre-printed, QR code embedded), have workers tick their days worked, then open Crewinx and scan the sheet with your phone. Our AI reads every name and every day, pre-fills the confirmation screen, and you save with one tap. Supports multi-page scans for large crews.
