Common questions

Is there really no credit card required for the trial? +
Yes. You get 14 days of full Pro access with no card required. We trust you to see the value for yourself before committing. When your trial ends you choose a plan — we won't charge you by surprise.
What happens after 14 days? +
At the end of your trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan and add your payment details. If you don't, your account pauses — your data is safe, no charges are made. Resume any time.
Can I switch plans anytime? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings. Changes take effect from your next billing date. Upgrading gives you instant access to the higher plan's features.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Cancel from Settings in under 30 seconds. Your account stays active until the end of your paid period, then pauses. Your data is never deleted.
Is it really a flat fee — not per-user? +
Always. R99, R199, or R399 per month — regardless of how many supervisors log in. You can add supervisors and project access within your plan's limit without paying per person.
What features are coming next? +
We're actively building Voice Reporting (automated daily status calls), Auto Roll Call Scan (biometric or QR attendance), Quote Builder, and Expenses tracking. Invoicing is already live on Pro. Follow our updates or check the features page for the latest roadmap.
